Our small group tours are beginner-friendly, but the trails include uneven surfaces and gentle hills. If you can comfortably walk for up to two hours, you’ll have no problem keeping up. These walks are ideal for anyone looking to enjoy nature at a relaxed pace.

Comfortable activewear and sturdy sneakers or hiking shoes with good grip are essential. Since the terrain includes soil, rocks, and bushland, dressing for the outdoors is key. Bring a hat, sunscreen, and a light rain jacket, just in case.

If you’re after comfortable temperatures and fewer crowds, aim for the shoulder seasons. March to May or September to November. These months offer crisp mornings, clear skies, and a calmer pace around the city and parks. It’s a great window to enjoy Melbourne day tours and nature-based experiences without peak-season traffic or heat. The local landscapes really shine during these times, especially on off-the-beaten-path tours through hidden green spaces and riverside trails.

Absolutely! Participants aged 14 and over are welcome, provided they’re able to walk independently for two hours. Our tours are a great way for teens to explore local heritage and nature in a safe and engaging environment.
-
There are limited toilet facilities along the trail. To avoid delays, we recommend using the restroom before the walk begins.
-
We highly recommend travel insurance for anyone taking part in outdoor experiences, especially those involving walking tours or physical activity.

Some of our sightseeing tours include a snack stop, while others don’t. Feel free to bring a small snack and water bottle. Check your tour description for details or ask us in advance.

Currently, our cultural tours are available in English and French. We’re working to add more language options in the future to make our local experiences accessible to a broader audience.

Our tours run in rain or shine, but safety comes first. In cases of extreme weather (storms, high winds, excessive heat), we may modify or cancel the tour. You’ll be notified in advance and offered a reschedule, refund, or credit.
